Guests enjoy the first floor of this comfortable two-story home, with a large lot, a generous backyard and trees surrounding the home.

On entering, you'll find a bright and airy great room encompassing living, dining and kitchen areas. An overstuffed sofa and chair are situated around the gas burning fireplace, great for warming up those cool beach evenings.

The dining area can accommodate six and in addition to an enjoyable eating spot, can double for doing puzzles or playing Go Fish! With the kids.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances - refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The home is great for clamming enthusiasts, with its own clam cleaning station.

Two bedrooms in the home offer queen-sized beds, the third has twin bunks. There are two full bathrooms, both with tub/shower combos, so it's easy to get the sand cleaned off everybody after their day at the beach.
